Working adults are too busy to spend time on queuing

User research
I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for their needs. A primary user group identified through research was working adults who don’t have time to go to the art gallery.
This user group confirm initial assumptions about Art White Day Gallery customers, but research also revealed that time was not the only factor limiting users from no responding to come the the tour. Other user problem included interests, or challenges that make it difficult to go to gallery in-person or having trouble to find which exhibition would like to join.
